Are bHaptics devices compatible with all games?

There are two ways to enjoy games with bHaptics: In-Game Support: Experience the most immersive gameplay through official and community integrations. With native or mod support, haptic feedback is precisely tuned by developers and modders to match in-game actions. Check our list of compatible games for more details. Audio-to-Haptics: For games not listed, you can still enjoy immersive feedback through Audio-to-Haptics. This feature automatically converts sound into real-time haptic feedback, and we provide preset profiles optimized for rhythm games, VR FPS titles, movies, and more.

Are bHaptics devices suitable for children?

Our products are designed for users aged 13 and older, both in terms of size and technical features. The vest is not suitable for children, as improper sizing may cause discomfort or potential health issues.

Can I wash my bHaptics device?

The main parts of any bHaptics device that contain electric motors and wiring must not be washed under any circumstances. If they become dirty, gently wipe the affected area with a soft cloth. However, the Mesh Lining, Inner Lining, and Inner Gloves are removable and can be washed separately.

Do bHaptics devices come with a charger or power adapter? Can I use any charger?

The TactSuit includes a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, but it does not include a power adapter. The device charges via a USB-C port, and you can use any AC adapter that meets your region’s safety standards, such as UL-certified adapters for the U.S. or CE-certified adapters for Europe.

Do bHaptics devices provide body tracking, or do I need to use them with Vive trackers?

The TactSuit does not include body tracking features. Similarly, the TactGlove does not provide hand tracking on its own but is compatible with camera-based hand tracking systems such as the Meta Quest 3, Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, and Pico 4 series. For body tracking, the Tactosy for Feet includes tracker mounting modules, allowing you to attach HTC Vive Trackers for games that require body movement tracking.

What kind of feedback do I get from bHaptics devices?

All bHaptics devices, except the TactGlove, are equipped with ERM motors that produce vibration-based feedback. The TactGlove uses LRA motors.

Step 1

Remove the facial interface inside the HMD unit.

Remove the cushion from the facial interface with velcro attachment*.

Step 3

Install the facial interface with velcro attachment* to your HMD.

Attach the TactVisor to the velcro area.

Attach the main controller to the top of the HMD with the included velcro stickers.
